River Run House & Cottages

River Run House and the three cottages are located side by side to accommodate large groups of 26 to 30 guests.

All guests can dine together in the main house and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that the main house has to offer. All reception rooms are inter-connecting. These reception areas comprise our beautiful library, stocked with books and games, tastefully decorated with hand-printed wallpaper and sumptuous chesterfield sofas – a perfect place to relax and unwind. The large main kitchen can be used for self catering purposes for large groups.

Towels and Egyptian cotton bed linen will be provided.

All guests are free to use the Hen House, which is located at the back of the main house. In here you can let your competitive side come to the fore over a game of pool.

The spacious Riverview apartment is located within the Main House with own front door access from the car park/forecourt area.
The apartment is spacious and can accommodate six guests, bedroom 1 has three single beds (or can be configured as one single plus one super king) and bedroom 2 has the option of twin beds or, again, a super king bed. Both bedrooms are en-suite with walk-in power showers and vanity basins.

The Riverview Apartment has an external balcony overlooking the gardens and the surrounding countryside.

These stylish cottages can accommodate four guests in two en-suite bedrooms – these can be configured as twin beds or a super king bed. All shower-rooms have power showers and vanity basins. Towels and Egyptian cotton bed linen will be provided.

The large kitchen/living/dining room downstairs is very luxurious and all your kitchen requirements will be met – fitted with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. There is a Smart TV with all terrestrial channels and a beautiful log-burning stove should you wish to relax for an evening indoors. Half-doors open on to a private south-facing terrace area, fully furnished with all-weather wicker patio furniture and beautiful seasonal planted pots.
